Terms and Conditions

All our plants will be sent out disease and pest free, minus the pot to facilitate lighter packaging, the plants will be in polythene bags to ensure moisture is retained, they will be wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them during transit and  packed in strong boxes.

The plants should be unpacked as soon as they arrive and, if necessary, watered, potted up or planted out and watered in well.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Should you receive plants that are damaged please contact us immediately by telephone or email with details and a photograph if possible to arrange a return. Upon receipt of the damaged order we will offer you the choice of of a replacement or a refund in full. This includes the postage costs in both directions (if applicable)

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Distant Selling Regulations

We want you to be happy with your purchase of our beautiful Pinks. Under the Distant Selling Regulations you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order.

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing or by email within seven working days from the date of purchase and goods need to be returned within seven working days of date of receipt of the items.

Under the terms of the Regulations you have a "duty of care" to ensure the goods are returned to us undamaged. You are responsible for the costs of returning unwanted goods. We recommend unwanted goods be returned using a recorded delivery or special delivery to ensure the plants are not in the postal system for longer than is necessary and to retain proof of posting. Plants returned to us and received damaged will not be accepted for full refund. We are not responsible for the loss in transit of any items you return to us; it will be your responsibility to contact Royal Mail and claim for any loss. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Please note that postage is for the UK only. No plants will be sent overseas.
